Annual General Meeting 2022

The CHPTA Annual General Meeting will be held at Cole Harbour Place on 6 June in the Westphall and Forest Rooms, on the upstairs level of the building. The meeting will run from 6:30 PM until 8:30 PM. Doors will open at 6:00. Please RSVP no later than 30 May to membershipchpta@gmail.com. 

Given the continued prevalence of Covid 19, physical distancing will be required and masking is strongly suggested. As a note, all memberships expire at the AGM. Membership dues remain at $5.00 per annum. If you prefer a contactless renewal option, or if you are unable to attend the AGM, you can a) scan your renewal application, b) make a payment at https//www.canadahelps.org/en/charities/cole-harbour-parks-and-trails-association/#donation-now-pane selecting Membership Applications and Renewals from the drop-down list, C) you may etransfer to treasurer.chpta@gmail.com or d) you can email the scanned application to Membershipchpta@gmail.com Of course donations are always appreciated and tax receipts are issued at year end. You can mail-in your renewal, but we would much rather see you at the AGM.
