MEC HALIFAX RACE THREE: 5K/10K/21.1K - SALT MARSH TRAIL

$25 (5K/10K) AND $30 (21.1K) CASH ONLY DAY-OF

MEC Halifax will be holding a 5K, 10K and Half Marathon through the Heritage Park and Salt Marsh Trail.

The start line will be on Bissett Rd, near the old barn foundation. There is limited parking in that lot.There will be additional parking across the road at the site of the old hospital.

The race route is an "out and back".

The Half Marathon will be out and back to the next road crossing at West Lawrencetown Rd.

Bib Pick-up - At MEC June 23/24.

There will be portable toilets at the start/finish area.

Race Completion Times - Walkers are welcome, however, please note that the course and finish line will be closed after 12PM.

Ear phones - please be able to HEAR our race course marshalls if you chose to wear ear phones. Failure to hear directions is not our responsibility.

Registration closes Friday at 5pm. You can register at the race for $25/$30 (half) starting at 8am on site.
